Mulalo Oscar Netshandama is the founder and managing director of OMUTHA (PTY) LTD consisting of (3) employees.He was previously employed by Africa pipe, NDT inspection, Raysonics, Stanley, MES, Pipemet, Actom John Thompson, Tuv Rheinland, Hall Longmore and Alstom Ubunye mainly as NDT Quality Inspector and conducted numerous testing and inspection on companies across South Africa.
Mulalo Oscar commenced his career in Non-destructive Testing at Vaal University of Technology in 2008 and obtained his national diploma in NDT and Btech in Quality Management, Magnetic particle testing Level 2, Liquid penetrant testing Level 2, Visual testing Level 2, Ultrasonic testing Level 2 and Radiographic Testing Level 1 and started his practical’s at Africa pipe (2012). He has also conducted testing and inspection at power stations, petrochemical, refineries, mines, automotive, rail and general engineering industries. His strong legal knowledge regarding Non-destructive Testing under;(SNT-TC-1A) together with implementation and reporting experience.
In his more than 8 years’ experience, he has completed over 16000 hours of inspections, ranging from Magnetic particle testing, Liquid penetrant testing, Visual testing, Ultrasonic testing, Ultrasonic wall thickness testing and Radiographic testing, including the scopes of audits. Most of these were done in his capacity as a Senior NDT Quality inspector
